Edgar is one of the most iconic Portuguese surfers. He started competing with 13 years and surfed his way to international recognition as one of the best European surfers. His list of results is long: Edgar scored high at international ProJuniors, competed at WQS events, got national and European champion. With his vertical power surf he well deserves the title “the king of Carcavelos”, his local beach.
