Minilong

We designed the Minilong to bring great fun and versatility to small waves. It is a mini-longboard in size and shape combining the characteristics of a longboard and performance oriented every day shortboard.

The surfboard outline approximates a funboard in the front half, yet it draws back to a tighter back half. The wider outline near the surfer's chest gives you paddle power and the narrow tail area lets you draw tight turns just like a performance shortboard. This specific outline allows you to surf radical but with a relaxed sense of style to find flow in all types of small conditions. Its flat rocker allows the board to gain surprising speed in the weakest of conditions to handle any good upcoming section. In combination with a squash tail, the Minilong works splendidly in all types of conditions.

We suggest a bottom that runs from a slight vee in the entry to an accented vee out the tail. This bottom gives the board great speed, control from rail-to-rail as well as looseness and responsiveness. The Minilong rides best in the same size as yours.
