Salvador's strong connection with the sea has family tradition. He literally steps into the sandy footsteps of his father in his favorite secret spot in Ericeira. It was already in these waves where his father learned surfing with Mica when they were children. Now this tradition is passed to the next generation. Salvador spent every summer holiday at this beach and watched his father surfing with his friends. At the age of six he joined them and learned surfing in the safe environment of the locals longtime experience. The close relationship to his father and Mica, who is friend and mentor to Salvador, is a solid foundation for a future professional surfing career. 

Super hard-working, Salvador travels from contest to contest and trains in destinations like Maldives and Morrocco. The motivation is high, the Mica Surfboards quiver perfectionated by the longtime collaboration and the dreams big. Together we can reach for them.
